TRUE EQUITY AT THE IFCC
The Idaho Falls CC Board of Directors just recently passed a new article in the club by-laws that allows equity members the ability to access the value of the club memberships and sell them on the open market. With this new transition in the equity status, the basic fundamentals of supply and demand will dictate the current selling prices of equity memberships. The IFCC has held strong at a near full capacity through the winter and there are a few memberships that are available for sell.

NEW RENOVATIONS MADE TO CLUBHOUSE
The IFCC Staff have been hard at work this winter renovating and making new addtions to the clubhouse. Just to name a few--
- New Paint and Texturing the Dining Room
- New Paint throughout the entire clubhouse
- New Paint in the Golf Shop
- New Trim and Moldings throughout the entire clubhouse
