A Board shall manage the clubs business affairs.  The Board shall consist of not less than six (6) nor more than twelve (12) equity members.  In addition the board shall consist of the Immediate Past President, the President of the Ladies Golf Association and the President of the clubs Men’s Golf Association if applicable.  The Board shall exercise all the powers of the club, except as provided otherwise by law, the articles of incorporation or the bylaws.
