The Idaho Falls Country Club Valentines Dinner will kick off our social year.  Our menu will include your choice of Herb Crusted Rack of Lamb or Grilled Halibat with tomato basil sauce.  To accompany your meal we will present Seared Scallops with Asian coleslaw.  The meal will conclude with a desert of Creamy Amaretto Brownie Trifle.  There will be special wines from Italy available to pair with your dinner if you choose.  The cost for the evening is $75.00 per couple.  Please RSVP with your dinner choice at 523-5757 ext. 6 and ask for Korbitt.
