Born and raised here in Idaho Falls, I spent my youth playing sports. I participated in baseball, football, but found my true talent and passion for soccer.
As an adult, I spend much of my free time with my family. I have a beautiful fiancée name Stephanie, three wonderful stepchildren, I can also claim an outstanding young man from a previous relationship. The boys and I enjoy being out on the golf course together, while the girls spend the day in the salon. When Stephanie and I have time together, we usually spend it adventuring on the motorcycle.
When I was 16, I took my first job as a bus-boy at O’Callahan’s Restaurant inside the Shilo Inn, and so began my love for the restaurant industry. I worked at O’Callahan’s for 3 years and when I turned 19 I took a position with Texas Roadhouse as a Server. I quickly moved up the ranks to become a trainer, bartender, key hourly employee and in 2006 was offered a salaried Manager Position with the company in St. George, UT. I spent 14 months in Utah until I was offered the opportunity to come back home and take over as the Kitchen Manager here in Idaho Falls. In 2010 I decided to leave the restaurant and pursue a career in the oil and gas industry. I spent 4 years working in western Wyoming and North Dakota.
While I truly enjoyed my new career, I was struggling with being away from my family for extended periods of time and decided to come back home. I was hired on with Applebee’s and spent three years as the Kitchen Manager. In 2017 I was recruited by and offered a position with Red Robin. I spent a year as an Assistant Manager there until the opportunity was presented to me to apply as the Food and Beverage Director here at the Idaho Falls Country Club. I am extremely excited to be here and look forward to getting to know and develop a relationship with each and every one of you!
